About Me

Sonia is the founder, owner and director of SonKar Properties Ltd, now trading as InPimlico Properties. Originally from Sardinia, she left her wonderful island back in 1998 embracing a completely new challenge in London. She soon started working for a local Estate Agency in Pimlico, gaining experience in letting, management and accounting and became the main point of contact for their international clients.

In September 2007, following the sale of the agency and in partnership with a colleague, she founded SonKar Properties Ltd and 2 years later she become the sole owner and director. Sonia has a personal approach with Landlords and Tenants, deep knowledge of the area and a fabulous team, today her company looks after a portfolio of more than 100 properties.
